2. USE A MOUTHWASH WITH CONSIST HIGH FLUORIDE

Fluoride is very helpful for maintaining toughness and durability for the enamel which has been destroyed by the bacterial acids. Research has been done on this and it has been found out that toothpaste and mouthwash which contain a high amount of fluoride avoid the bacteria to stick to the teeth it also fights with tooth decay. 3. AVOID GRINDING YOUR TEETH

Brushing hard as much as you can because you think that it would clean your teeth and keep the bacteria away ? if so then you are executing it wrong. Brushing hard can actually fade away the enamel of your teeth, which might increase sensitivity to your teeth. Do not do this and adopt brushing your teeth with soft bristle toothbrush or index finger can also be used as it is mild on teeth.
